Free Access

By downloading American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc.’s (“ACCC”) CreditU Application and agreeing to ‘s ACCC’s CreditU Terms and Conditions, you will receive the following CreditU Services  for free:

  • Personalized weekly financial advice (snacks) tailored to your financial goals
  • Budget adjustment recommendations, budget summary, and cash flow monitoring
  • Ability to manually enter your financial data
  • Ability to set and track progress towards two financial goals
  • AI chat
  • Monitoring of credit-worthiness measures

Premium Subscriptions

ACCC also offers Premium CreditU Subscriptions (“Premium Features”), available for a fee. Premium Subscriptions grant you access to features and reporting not available in the basic Free Access Services, which include:

  • All Services provided by the Free Access
  • Personalized daily financial advice (snacks) tailored to your financial goals
  • Ability to automate adding and updating your financial data
  • Ability to set and track progress towards unlimited financial goals
  • Access to your credit score and full credit report

DMP clients are not required to pay for a CreditU Premium Subscription to access the ‘My DMP’ feature within the app. Access to ‘My DMP’ is included as part of the Debt Management Program (DMP) services.

Please note that Premium Features may change over time. Premium Subscriptions are available monthly.

Once you choose to subscribe, and enroll with a payment method, you’ll have a 30-day free trial of Premium Features. If you subscribe to the Premium Features free trial, it will automatically renew for another term unless you cancel it before the current term expires.

Monthly Subscription: When you purchase a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of ACCC’s CreditU cancellation policy.

Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms: Once you subscribe, we will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle, and we’ll continue to process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your Monthly Subscription according to the “Cancellation Policy” below.

Cancellation Policy

When you cancel a subscription, you’re canceling only future charges associated with your subscription. You can initiate your cancellation at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Subscribers have various cancellation options, though these methods are subject to change. If you cancel a Premium Subscription, your CreditU Application will be downgraded to the free version available at that time. All cancellations and any applicable refunds will be handled directly in the Apple Store or Google Play Store, depending on where the user has subscribed.

Suspensions or Cancellations by ACCC

Without limiting any other remedies, ACCCreserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or product, or a portion thereof, for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. If ACCC cancel your subscription, ACCC may give you a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time remaining that you cannot use. However, ACCC will not be obligated to grant you a refund if ACCC  terminates your subscription because ACCC determines, in its sole discretion, that your actions or your use of the products or services violate ACCC’sr Terms and Conditions, any applicable law, or have harmed the service, product, or another user. ACCC  reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at ACCC’s sole discretion.
